This modern apartment is located in Londrina, in the Parana state of Brazil and it was designed by the practice of Spagnuolo Arquitetura in the corner of a residential area with palm trees around to ensure privacy and a natural setting.
The designers blended organic elements into the project with two facades toward the streets to protect the living areas from the passers-by and the volumes are predominantly made from stone, wood and glass. From the entrance you reach the double height living room where you have the dining area and kitchen integrated with a mezzanine above the dining table to offer an overview of the ground level while also opening to a covered outdoor living area with alfresco dining capacity.
