Designed by Australian visual artist, Ian Strange (known also as street artist Kid Zoom), the "Landed House" is a beautiful sculptural artwork located on the forecourt of the Art Gallery of South Australia. This half buried house looks like it has fallen from the sky and was partially swallowed by Earth. "Landed" was commissioned for the 2014 Biennial of Australian Art being an exceptional creative result of the designer. The installation is the recreation of the artist's own suburban style home in Australia. The house is painted all black and creates a great contrast with the surroundings and the neoclassical architecture of the art gallery building. This house amazes every passer as it looks like it is not supposed to be there. The installation can be seen and admired until the 11th of May, 2014. We think that the house has a kind of Wizard of Oz vibe, what's your opinion on that?
